DL/L-Tartaric Acid

Tartaric acid is a white crystalline diprotic organic acid. It occurs naturally in many plants, particularly grapes, bananas, and tamarinds, and is one of the main acids found in wine.

Application: mainly for the manufacture of tartaric acid salts, and is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for the preparation of potassium tartrate diuretics, stone onto sodium, antimony potassium tartrate in situ in the leather industry as tanning agent; the food industry for drinks, the High candy, jam the ilizers.
